PROPERTY MAINTENANCE FOREPERSON (FOXBORO)
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE FOREPERSON
Landscape company located in Foxboro, MA seeking an experienced property maintenance foreperson to manage existing clients' annual property maintenance contracts, as well as, run and manage a small crew with confidence. Must meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory position within the field
• Strong Leadership skills
• Customer Service Oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of horticultural practices (must be able to identify plants, diseases and insects)
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
Work will include spring/fall cleanups, mulching, shrub and tree pruning, lawn and plant care, assist with hardscape and planting projects.
Wages and benefits will be negotiated based on experience.
