We are Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC), North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Pick-Up and Delivery Driver at our Jonesboro, Arkansas location. The role of the Pick-Up and Delivery Driver is to pick up and deliver parts in an assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities:
•Assist with shipping and receiving by checking in and stocking parts
•Strengthen customer relationships with prompt and courteous service
•Represent MHC in a professional and dependable manner
Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
•Parts and/or driving related experience
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity

Route Sales Support (Jonesboro, Arkansas)
Position Overview:
The Route Sales Support (RSS) job duties include assisting Route Sales Representative (RSR) in delivering merchandise to customers and maintaining sales quota. Call on new service. Builds partnerships with customers and is dedicated to meeting their expectations and requirements. Obtain customer information firsthand and use it for improvements in products and services. Responsible for ensuring effective customer communications, managing a route independently, and promoting route growth through active personal sales and account retention.
Working Environment:
Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver a minimum of 25 lbs. and load/unload product from truck without assistance.
Must be able to occasionally lift and maneuver 50+ lbs.
Exposure to adverse and varying weather conditions which may include extreme hot/cold
Temperatures depending on geographical location.
Fast-paced environment requiring irregular and long hours.
Minimum Specifications:
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to learn, understands, and adheres to all applicable safety precautions and work procedures.
• Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
• Supports and participates in the Company's production and quality standards with a continuous focus on customer service.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of consistent customer contact. Charismatic, outgoing personality.
• Must have a valid driver's license with excellent driving record.
• Must pass the drug screening, background check and physical.
